My work is supported by academic training, organizational leadership experience, and long-term embodied practice. This page offers a factual overview of the foundations that inform my professional work.

Academic & Psychological Training
I hold academic formation in psychology and human behavior, including behavioral analysis and organizational psychology, with doctoral studies in cognitive anthropology.

Organizational & Professional Experience
My professional experience includes years in multinational environments in Human Resources and Organizational Development, progressing into leadership responsibility. I have also worked in residential care settings with children and adults.

Somatic & Embodied Training
My somatic path includes breath- and body-based methodologies and movement practices, with ongoing training in Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release (BBTRS).

Ritual & Ceremonial Training
My ceremonial formation includes structured training and facilitation in rites of passage frameworks such as sweatlodge, firewalking, and ritual trance dance, held within preparation- and integration-oriented approaches.

Yoga & Embodiment
I have completed extensive yoga teacher trainings (500+ hours) including additional Yin Yoga training, informing the embodied and relational grounding of my work.
