Psychologist | Integrative Somatic & Ritual Practice

My origins

I was born and raised in Hungary, shaped by a Central European cultural landscape where complexity, history and psychological depth are part of the fabric of everyday life.

My first formal formation was in psychology., later deepened through organizational systems and corporate leadership roles.

Later, I relocated to Portugal. Motherhood, long-term partnership and ritual practice reshaped my understanding of transformation. What had once been theoretical became lived.

My work today stands at the intersection of these landscapes — psychological training, organizational systems, embodied practice and earth-based ritual traditions.

Professional Background

I hold a degree in Psychology, with specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology.

My professional experience includes leadership and organizational development within multinational environments, as well as continued formation in trauma-informed somatic practice, eco-psychology and ritual facilitation.

My training includes:

– Somatic and breath-based integration work
– Ritual and rites of passage facilitation
– Yoga and embodied movement practice
– Firewalking and sweatlodge facilitation
– Expanded-state preparation and integration work

These strands are not separate disciplines in my work. They form a coherent framework grounded in psychological responsibility and ethical containment.

The Ground I Work From

Experience seeks integration. Insight becomes transformation through embodiment.

The work approaches thresholds with care, allowing what emerges to be metabolized rather than amplified.

Responsibility, structure, and containment are part of every real transition.

Commitment

Catharsis and peak experiences sometimes emerge in the process.

I offer structured spaces where depth can unfold without losing coherence.

This work asks for honesty, patience and the willingness to remain present when identity reorganizes.

If this is where you stand in your life or work, you are welcome to reach out.
